My last post was over a month ago. I'm sorry! Life has gotten a little crazy for me. I've been dealing with some personal issues, the family oriented kind that you just can't get out of.
I have been thinking about this blog a lot lately. I wanted to update you. I know you are awaiting the next portion of the story. I just couldn't bring myself to write up more about my drama-filled life, when there was so much to be done for my family.
I have been flying back and forth between Texas and Washington a lot. I had the time, but like I said, I just couldn't bring myself to think about my past, when the present was so tragic.
Let's just say funeral's suck.
Anyway, now that it is over, I promise I'll be updating more frequently. I have some word docs half written with the next post I have in mind. I'll get to work on that when I have a reliable internet connection, and get that posted within the next week.
Wait on, my lovelies. I haven't forgotten you.
Thanks for all of your love and well-wishes. For those of you who follow me on other social media sites, you know that my beloved grandmother passed away and what a difficult thing that was for my family. I am truly grateful for your love and support during this time. Your kind words, uplifting comments and gestures are very appreciated.
I'm not sure what I believe about god and the after-life, but I like to think that she has moved on to a better place. It's comforting even if it is false.
So that's what I've been dealing with as of late. Thanks for your patience.
